Had an amazing experience at this clinic. Lyn is very knowledgeable. and helpful. Even though, Lyn was busy she still found the time to call the lab about my results. I really appreciate it.
I wish I could give zero stars. Even after reading the negative reviews, I decided to visit this clinic because it was close to my place. Initially, everything seemed fine, but when it came time to discuss my blood report, the experience completely fell apart. First, the “consultation” was over the phone — yet they still made me come in person only to talk to the doctor through my own phone, with no doctor actually present. I have gone here on more than one occasion. Never had bad experience with the doctors or receptionist. Sorry to hear others havent had the same experience. I was there this present week. So maybe they have gotten better.
Totally unprofessional staff Lady at reception was totally blanked
Worst experience with Dr.Hanna wassaf. Today i visted clinic for second time for discussing a problem . First time she suggest me some medications over the call through her assistant . Second time is visit she was completely angry . She told me i have chest pain just by making patients understand by repeating. That patients don’t listen and follow .
