I wish I can give zero but I will give it one because everyone from the front desk to the nurses were nice. Up until my actual experience with the doctor, Levine who was insanely rude her bedside manner is absolutely unacceptable she needs to find a new practice. Otherwise the place is clean and the rest of the staff were caring.
I don’t usually give a business a one star rating. But this doctor lacked bedside manner and was totally unprofessional. Dr. Levine insisted that my ailment was allergies. She insisted that I was allergic to my hypoallergenic poodle. She rattled off all these scenarios about how the allergies develop. Doctor Levin was extremely rude and unprofessional with my wrist still in pain said to carry whatever I need to carry and deal with it as she wasn’t putting me on light duty, I explained to her how heavy my job is and she said that’s too bad. The other doctors were very nice and professional. She needs a new field and carrier as her demeanor and attitude isn’t meant for such a good location and field.
