Very professional and immediate care of my emergency which was appreciated .
Very different (lower) start standard of urgency, care and commercial transparency compared to other Summit Health facilities. Ridiculous chargers for a simple visit in the hopes that the insurance company will pay.
Was seen promptly but follow-up was poor
I arrived at 7:58 pm-nervous about a bite mark on my son, and also about the arrival time since they close at 8. The receptionist welcomed in me in and told me not to worry, that I just made it. The nurse smiled and brought us in like we were her first patients of the day. The doctor quickly checked my son's mark and got us the necessary prescription sent.
