Good experience so far! The wait was rather short and the medical attention to my needs was also very good! would come back again :)
Had a great experience here with my 6 year old daughter. Everyone was so kind and patient. I specifically want to thank Chelby for her patience and kindness with my daughter, it was truly appreciated. The facility is very clean and virtually no wait time.
I was totally impressed with this urgent care facility. I needed a breathing treatment for my asthma. I called and the receptionist was very helpful and assisted me with an appointment. I made the appointment online (easy). When I arrived, I was greeted and escorted to an examine room by a tech. Immediately following my vitals the doctor came in. Dr. Janine Reilly was very professional and cared about my condition. I was treated with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend their services if needed.
We just got back from City MD Summit and I have to leave a review for Dr. Olga (I missed her last name). She helped to extract an infected earring from my daughter’s ear lobe. She was very patient, efficient and professional. We thank her very much for her help.
I arrived a few minutes early for an appointment and was promptly escorted to an examination room. The nurse spent a few moments with me and told me the doctor would follow shortly thereafter. And then I waited. And waited. And waited. After about 45 minutes, I poked my head out and received an apology and was told somehow the doctor skipped me but I would be the next exam.
