Called one week after initial visit to obtain advice as the medication prescribed was not effective. They sent me to a Hot line in the Philippines and the young associate couldn’t even understand my phone number. So called CityMed back, and they said “Oh Well” can’t help you. Click.

Had a great experience here with my 6 year old daughter. Everyone was so kind and patient. I specifically want to thank Chelby for her patience and kindness with my daughter, it was truly appreciated. The facility is very clean and virtually no wait time.
I was totally impressed with this urgent care facility. I needed a breathing treatment for my asthma. I called and the receptionist was very helpful and assisted me with an appointment. I made the appointment online (easy). When I arrived, I was greeted and escorted to an examine room by a tech. Immediately following my vitals the doctor came in. Dr. Janine Reilly was very professional and cared about my condition. I was treated with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend their services if needed.
