Very efficient and well run. Very little wait time for a walk in.
I like this location a lot better then the one in mamaroneck. However was very disappointed I got no call back when results can in since I told them I wouldn't be started my round of antibiotics till they came in and I spoke with someone. I had follow up questions. Otherwise I like this location a lot.
Extremely disappointing service. I had a urine test done two days ago, and the doctor told me that based on the initial results, she would prescribe an antibiotic. Because the sample was being sent to the lab for confirmation, I decided to wait a few days for the final results rather than start the medication right away. When the results came back, I was told that the sample had been contaminated and could not be used.
