Went on a Monday afternoon with an eye injury. Front desk was very nice and the doctor and medical assistant were efficient, kind, and answered my questions. 4 stars only because they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, but they quickly fixed the problem when I called. They have no control over things like my co-pay, so no need to comment on that. Will definitely go back to this location if I need urgent care in the future.
Should’ve read the reviews before I came here. Old white Dr wanted to give me an EKG when I’m complaining of congestion. I declined bc I don’t have any issues that requires u to check my heart 🙄 Had me waiting for 1hr for a chest xray bc the tech came in an hour late….NEVER AGAIN
Short white Dr is not interested in diagnosis or helping. I have scoliosis. I have my x-ray with me. I don't have a PCP because they retired. Last year when I had pain in my leg they SENT ME FOR XRAYS & MADE REFERRAL FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY. This Dr said take extra strength ibuprofen because they don't do referrals. WHAT?!? WASTE OF TIME!!! I believe this short white man is prejudice against the community.
Unfortunately anytime I HAVE to come here, there is only one physician seeing patients which results in my visit lasting 3+ hours. Usually an hour and 45 minute wait to be seen by the CNA/Dr and another hr to get results after being seen by professionals. I’d recommend coming as soon as they open if you’re doing a walk-in visit. Bring a snack and entertainment if you’re coming anytime after 11 am. HUGE waste of time.
Workers comp case with an injury to the face by a student in d75. I was provided documents to return back to work full duty with two black eyes and a swollen nose for the next day. I was provided Motrin on this visit for an headache and a poor commentary by the dr that the city is cracking down on disability claims. Let me see this dr get head butted by a patient after a seizure and see if they would return to work the next day. Very inconsiderate yet quick to take you in. Will never be returning here again.
