The staff at this location are phenomenal. I only waited about 5 minutes before I was seen. The medical assistant was kind, thoughtful, and informative. Dr. Mapley was just as helpful and communicative . It really felt like they went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of at the time of my visit. My prescription was sent in no time, and the office called me back as soon as they received test results. Really great experience for urgent care.
Great, clean environment, friendly staff and professional. I brought my mom who's 95 years old there to get 15 stitches removed. They did a great job and were very kind to her. Thank you!
The doctor I had, which I believe was Dr. Zimmerman, was excellent as was the PA who took my vitals. I was experiencing stomach pain. The doctor diagnosed in seconds that it was an umbilical hernia. Showed how to correct the problem and did. He explained how the problem could be permanently fixed and was ready to refer to a surgeon who handles these procedures. Sorry to the people who have had bad experiences. My family has been to this location three times and all were positive experiences.
I was here twice in 2 days to take care of my sick useless parents. The front desk/sign in process was fast and easy, the girls were super nice and helpful. The Nurses and MDs take their jobs very seriously. Professional, attentive and kind. If you suffer from useless parents syndrome...bring them here!
Literally didn't even touch my concern and walked away with no answers.
