I hate to do this because I had good experiences here and previously had a good review on here in the past but the 2 past times I came in recently. I was rushed by the doctor and not given a chance to fully explain what I was experiencing. The 2nd time I came because my symptons got worse they said you were here a few days ago and tested negative for flu, covid, strep, etc. We sent it out to the labs. I think it’s a travesty that they won’t treat you if you don’t have your copayment. To think that they charge $50 co-pay and they aren’t even specialists. Is that price gouging?
Went there for the flu. Told me to take Tylenol cold and flu that was all I needed. Next day in the er with 3 different meds.
Every time I go here, its as easy as 1,2,3. Quick check-in. No wait to 5 min wait. Nurse sees you for 2 mins then the doctor walks in 2 minutes after that and takes care of whatever you need. Like I said. Always quick and stress-free experience here.
i went to this location expressing that i believed i was having an allergic reaction to dove deodorant, but was unsure. i understand the doctors aren’t specialists in every single thing and want to give the “best” answer fast, but burns and allergic reactions look very different from each other. the dr walked in, i had a few seconds to explain, dr looked at my issue for all of 10 seconds, and then said it was an allergic reaction. didn’t ask further questions or elaborate, and i felt there was no room to even speak afterward... read more
