Long wait time without any of explanation and a simple test result takes forever to come back though it’s for a toddler. Poor service!
John Paul & Yannick were very kind and helpful when I arrived. Before I arrived I spoke to a nice lady on the phone as well , Best City MD ! They treat you with respect and with a smile. 10/10 would recommend.
Why do they have to torture people who are already sick by making them listen to bad music in the waiting room?? 🤢
