The Staff at the Gunhill City MD was Amazing! They were understanding and patient. They were very helpful when helping to get a Dr's letter so I could return to work after being out due to injury.
I had such a great experience at CityMD today. I originally visited another CityMD on Tuesday and unfortunately the service was very different, so I was feeling a little discouraged. But today completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, Gurleen at the front desk was welcoming, kind, and helpful. I went to the urgent care on Jerome Ave., even though I made an appointment before getting there to my surprise, it was empty Everything was spotless and clean the nurses very professional. And the Doctor answered my questions and listen to me carefully. I also had x-ray done and giving a copy in a dish. And into my supply I was out of there within an hour.
