The staff is very nice and the facility is great. When I went for a vaccine, they refused to give it to me per CDC guidelines, which is completely fair and I understand why they refused too, however, PA Lockhart was nothing but condescending, rude, and snobby. The way he presented the fact that he would not give me the vaccine and approached the situation makes me worry about how he handles any other type of medical emergency or situation since it doesn't appear he is capable of coming down from his high horse.
