I thought the service provided was excellent. The lovely ladies up front were professional and respectful at all time. Dr Howard was both comprehensive and communicated well. She proved an explanation of the medical issues and as well as a reasonable treatment plan. I recommend City/MD
Second time I’ve had to book an additional appointment- elsewhere -to get a proper diagnosis & treatment for an urgent-care related issue. What is the purpose of having this urgent care here, if the staff don’t seem to specialize in very basic, topical urgent -care needs? I feel as if I wasted valuable time and money. I have an appointment at a walk-in derm center- (which the technician here, told me does not exist).
The doctor was clueless. Left the room and took 20 minutes to come back with a diagnosis. Makes me feel like she used ChatGPT to do her job. Then sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy after I corrected her and told her my preferred location. DO NOT go here.
Good experience here- short wait- Front desk and Dr all professional and I felt I left with clear plan
Made an appointment online and was seen immediately upon arriving. Facility was clean and service easy. Overall was happy with my visit and left with a resolution, pharmacy was called in quickly and ready for p/u within 30 minutes of me leaving.
