I’ve been here twice in the past 2 months with a wicked sinus infection that just lingered. The receptionist had her head down and does not greet you, barely speaks and gives you no direction. The first time I saw Dr. McLaughlin and she was wonderful, gave me a sick note no problem. The second time, a week later, I was taken in a room by a nurse named Mary who was awful. Both my husband and I have been seen at CityMD over the past few weeks (unfortunately) and we’re both so impressed! The best urgent care/walk in clinic we have ever been to. The receptionist is very warm which I hard to find these days. The Scribes and the Physicians are thorough, kind and really get to the bottom of your condition. Also, the wait time is never as bad as other clinics! Highly Recommend for unfortunate illnesses.
I am so grateful we have this MD Care. I had an unexpected health situation arise and they took me in, not only did they assure me all would be ok, the doctor took her time with me and explained all matters of the situation, She new exactly what she was doing. The staff was great! Attentive in all ways. And the meds prescribed worked. This place comes highly recommended. I would go anywhere else. Thank you for your services staff and Doctors!
