I didn’t have an appointment and didn’t have to wait long at all. When I was brought into an exam room, Rich was extremely pleasant and made it a great experience despite not feeling well!

Came in here last week, everyone in my house has strep- so naturally I wanted a rapid strep test done. Not only did the tech or whoever she was ( she didn’t even introduce herself) swab the roof of my mouth, but my test came back negative ( obviously) . I was told it’s just a virus and to go home and rest. The PA came in and didn’t even examine my throat. Went to the ER because of the pain I was in and that strep test came up positive. This is my second poor encounter, I hope this location doesn’t last long.
