Office staff were absolutely amazing. Although when brought back to the room the medical assistant got my vitals taken right away, but as I was giving her my medical history The doctor walked in. This urgent care really went downhill. I had a great experience when I went in early 2024 and December of 2024. I had COVID both times. The first visit of early 2024 the doctor was very thorough and helpful. Second visit the doctor was a total life saver… I had started new medication and was not made aware prior that this medication cannot be mixed with cold meds.
