Needed to access an urgent care and this one was close, my experience was 5 stars, easy to walk in and be seen, doctor sent meds to the pharmacy and in and out within 20 minutes, (15mins was waiting in the strep test) would return to this location!

I went to this facility with my daughter to have a tick removed. Although everyone was very nice we were told they do not send the tick out for analysis. Ok. We continue on to a local lab and we’re told we need a script for them to send it out. When we called city md they said they could not right a script so it can be sent out. What??? Aren’t they a medical facility with doctors on staff??? Like, here’s your tick what’s your hurry?! Lol. I’ve been here twice in the past 2 months with a wicked sinus infection that just lingered. The receptionist had her head down and does not greet you, barely speaks and gives you no direction. The first time I saw Dr. McLaughlin and she was wonderful, gave me a sick note no problem. The second time, a week later, I was taken in a room by a nurse named Mary who was awful.
