Just spoke to Patricia to determine whether to come to the urgent care or not and are was kind, patient and didn't display any agitation with having to go to the provider a few times to make sure all of my questions were answered. I can only imagine what the care is like if they're so pleasant over the phone. Thank you so much for your help!
CityMD is one of the best providers I have been to( in addition to Hunterdon Medical Center). The Doctors at CityMD are kind and caring and also very professional. This place is always there when I need medical assistance. Thank-you CityMD for your service to our community.
Facility was immaculate. Service was expeditious. Staff was courteous, professional, knowledgeable. I needed an evaluation for possible dehydration. Also, they were able to facilitate a diagnostic test. The other urgent care in same town which is associated with local hospital was unable to provide either of those services!
Was there today, nice, clean office, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Easy to schedule appointment online, no waiting time in the waiting room, Thank you TY to helped me with paperwork, thank you Jessica to take good care of me, Thank you Dr. Shore to make me feel better
