Horrible don't go. Received my results 17 days after my visit on the portal. When I called today the girl did not want to give me her name (Na was her name)and told me that it was failure on part of the department that calls patients with their results. She doesn't know why I wasn't notified. City MD this is your staff answering the phone and they are the first line of communication.
This was by far the best experience I've had at any CityMD. The Elmwood Park location really stands out. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth. The staff worked really well together. The scribes and managers were great too, and everything just seemed to run efficiently. Definitely recommend this location for quick and quality care.
TERRIBLE service. The doctors are condescending and rude. They ALWAYS have over an hour wait time when they only have 2 patients. Super unprofessional and horrible place to be serviced.
Horrible waiting time and experience. I had to wait 2 hours for a doctor to come and see me. They kept on putting other patients ahead of me the entire time. Never coming back to this place ever again.
