They allow you to sign up for a DOT physical but when I showed up the lady at the front was acting very passive aggressive and said that they don't offer that because they don't someone certified for it... I asked why I can sign up for it and she said she didn't make the scheduling system so she wouldn't know
I was welcomed right away. Taken in right away and taken care of with kindness and consideration.
Thank to everyone who helped me today. Fantastic from the time I walked in to when I walked out. Front desk, nurses, PA were very kind and professional. I am grateful.
From the minute I walked in to the urgent care to the time I left, I was treated professionally. The staff at the front desk, the nurse and doctor were very caring and concerned about my well-being and making sure that I felt better. I definitely recommend anyone who is not feeling well to go there. There was no wait or lines. I was seen immediately.
Terrible location!!! The doctor does not help or listen - staff is unprofessional. The doctor is not well experienced and would not even look at my Mom’s leg that has been hurting for a long time. Told my Mom to take Tylenol for something that has not been helped with pain relievers. Would not recommend. Stay away from this useless location. Waste of time and money!
