Receptionist Sam was partial towards certain patients and helped them first. She walked away in the middle of our conversation about appointment schedule to go help another patient. It didn't feel like an inclusive environment.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. It was a busy day but staff took care of everything as quickly as possible.
