Wonderful experience. I went to this location after being in a minor car accident and was taken right away(less than a 5 minute wait). The front desk staff, doctor, and nurse were very professional and friendly too.
Checked in at 241. Now its 415 pm. MA did vitals and swab. Have not seen a doctor yet. Now what's the purpose of "urgent care" if it takes 90 mins to not even see a doctor ? There were "2 patients" ahead of me when I checked in they say.....
It's a good place. I took my wife here when she had a pretty severe flu symptoms. The doctor was kind, very friendly, and willing to help in anyway he could. I appreciate it. The front desk staff were also friendly too. There was a bit of wait time, perhaps about 30 minutes, but no biggie, because we walked in. Overall, nice experience.
If you don’t feel well and need the help of a medical professional, do not come here. Absolutely horrible experience. I came in on a Saturday to get help with intense pain in my shoulder. I was advised there was only 1 doctor working. I waited 2.5 hours to see Dr Amir Estephan for 5 minutes. I am not unreasonable and I understand that it was a Saturday and they were busy. Probably made a bad choice coming to this office. Made an appointment which was useless.. front desk should have let me know about the wait time... ended up 2 and a half hour to see a doctor.
