This was a scam . I arrived at City MD after a fall in obvious pain using pogo sticks as crutches for a foot injury. I am 73 years from out of state. I was told to pay $250 upon entry and waited to see a doctor. The doctor told me immediately that there was no xray technician available therefore no diagnostic service available, no essential care and referred me to the emergency room at Chilton Hospital. Brought my grandmother in for classic UTI symptoms when her primary care doctor could not get her in and she had tested positive for leukocytes with an at home test. They did a dip-stick urinalysis, said there was no infection and gave us a STAT referral for imaging with a urologist. When no urologist could get us in and since she was discomfort, we went to the ER. There, they performed a urinalysis and said they found infection, gave antibiotics and sent us home. Good not ask 4 better service; fast, personal & diagnosis medically accurate
The ease of making appointment online, the facility was clean and welcoming, all staff members, starting with person at desk, the woman doing my intake AND my X-rays and lastly the doctor were all so friendly and professional! I definitely would visit in the future for my illnesses and recommend to others!!
