very happy with staff Doctor-Nurse-front desk
Saw Dr Puna with horrible sinus pain. He gave me a nose spray. Did nothing. Saw an ENT and he said i have a massive sinus imfection and need an antibiotic. Another time i went for a cough and they tested me for covid and flu. They said i tested positive for Covid. As i was leaving they called me and said they messed up the tests with another persons test. I ended up not having Covid. Another waste of my time.
This facility keeps telling me they don’t take my insurance. Just went ear dr days earlier in Summit Health and had no problem. I went here in Jan for a UTI told then did not take my insurance. The girl put it thru and no problem. But if I pay the $225 I could submit the claim myself to Clover Health. They wanted the cash and I would get reimbursed. Sorry I think it’s a scam.
