Dr Carl Punla couldn’t be more thoughtless. Wouldn’t help me with my problem, saying it’s not something they treat at urgent care. What’s the point? Should’ve just gone to my primary doctor. Call them before you go and ask if they treat your issue
I love this place and the employees... they are always so helpful and kind... I've taken my mom a few times and most recently I sliced my finger and they were just patient and kind Thank you!!!!! A++++ all the way!
A terrible experience and true waste of money. The doctors here seem to only care about the amount you are paying rather then the patients well being. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes in which it took me longer to fill out the paperwork. The doctor suggestion was for myself to go to the ER, however did Not asked me several questions regarding my current state that I feel was pertinent To the situation at hand. Came to this Citymd for a fever of 101.9 after a night of vomiting. The doctor, who didn't listen to my symptoms at all and expected me to provide a urine sample after I explained I was dehydrated, prescribed me medication for a UTI. Followed up with my Primary Care today who said it was ridiculous I was even tested as I did NOT list symptoms for a UTI and the urine sample ended up being NEGATIVE.
The staff at this location has been absolutely amazing both times I have visited. They are super personable, relatable and very kind. Joking and humor is my coping mechanism and they have definitely picked up on that during both visits and made me so comfortable. I have raved about this location to anyone who would listen over the past few days.
