I found an incredible dress here, the price is totally worth it for the piece I got, im in love with it.
I purchased clothing from this store and paid in full. After the purchase, the owner mentioned she would add an extra tag to ensure the item would not be worn and returned. During the interaction, I felt I was spoken to in a disrespectful manner and was accused of being “shady,” which I found unprofessional and inappropriate. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the attitude and communication.
Seriously, if you're looking for a dress in Vancouver, this is my absolute favorite spot! They have such a huge selection, and their website is packed with even more options. Not what I ordered compared to the advertising particulars. They got my 89.95 Cdn and I got a sweatshirt-material ‘winter, waterproof, windproof’ NOT winter coat.
Best experience ever. Julia (and the other kind lady on staff) spent so much time with me and were nothing but patient while I tried on dress after dress until I decided. I changed my mind a few times - and Julia was clear with the exchange policy if I purchased and changed my mind - she even offered to help me express ship a particular dress from the Toronto location in time for my event in a few days.
