I purchased clothing from this store and paid in full. After the purchase, the owner mentioned she would add an extra tag to ensure the item would not be worn and returned. During the interaction, I felt I was spoken to in a disrespectful manner and was accused of being “shady,” which I found unprofessional and inappropriate. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the attitude and communication.

Seriously, if you're looking for a dress in Vancouver, this is my absolute favorite spot! They have such a huge selection, and their website is packed with even more options. The business owner is so disrespectful. She doesn't know how to communicate with customers. Also, the clothes are so low quality and don't worth to buy. Please avoid purchasing items from this store.

Not what I ordered compared to the advertising particulars. They got my 89.95 Cdn and I got a sweatshirt-material ‘winter, waterproof, windproof’ NOT winter coat.
