I would leave zero or negative stars if I could. While their Internet service was incredibly reliable, their Billing and Customer Service is horrendous. I sold the condo where I had their service three months ago, tried cancelling the service two weeks before closing, and just got my fourth bill since then! I’ve emailed and called repeatedly, even left a voicemail on their Sales line, and have heard nothing. I'm not sure this is even a real business. I've filled out the online form to enquire about service at least 3 times, and called and left voice mails twice over the last 12 months. I've never heard back from them once, ever. Huge red flags here. Ridiculous, actually.

Not sure what all the complaining is about. Takes a bit to get installed, but well worth it. Excellent speeds, excellent uptime and excellent price.
