Wish I could rated this with zero stars. Had American Home Shield send this Cityline Air Conditioning to my home to repair my AC unit. The technician took a look at the unit outside and determine that I need to replace it and would cost me 10K. It took the technician less than 10 minutes to tell me that it was broken and need to be replace. I immediately lost my trust in the technician. I ask how he could make such a diagnosis with even touching the unit. His diagnosis included a leak in the freon line and bad compressor... read more
I've had issues with this company since the first day American Home Shield scheduled an appointment with them after my A/C unit went out last summer. Against my better judgement, I tried them again for a heating system tune-up and things didn't go any better. I was told that an electrician needed to replace the switch near the furnace and then the auto on the thermostat would work. Switch replaced, thermostat set to 68, house shows 61, and still no heat.
