I'd leave a negative number if that were an option. This company was sent out by our home warranty company to check for a gas leak in the furnace. The first tech said that the a/c coils were bad and that the entire system needed to be replaced. Their office doubled down on that. Funny thing, the a/c was working fine and was not even on the ticket. When questioned about the gas leak that the original call was for, he said he knew nothing about that. Wish I could rated this with zero stars. Had American Home Shield send this Cityline Air Conditioning to my home to repair my AC unit. The technician took a look at the unit outside and determine that I need to replace it and would cost me 10K. It took the technician less than 10 minutes to tell me that it was broken and need to be replace. I immediately lost my trust in the technician. I ask how he could make such a diagnosis with even touching the unit. His diagnosis included a leak in the freon line and bad compressor... read more

I've had issues with this company since the first day American Home Shield scheduled an appointment with them after my A/C unit went out last summer. Against my better judgement, I tried them again for a heating system tune-up and things didn't go any better. I was told that an electrician needed to replace the switch near the furnace and then the auto on the thermostat would work. Switch replaced, thermostat set to 68, house shows 61, and still no heat.
