Was waiting for the bus And suddenly they just decided to leave I don’t know why, but apparently they had something better to do

92 year old female on bus for over 2 hours. Second time this has happened. Pick her up in Peoria Heights. Went all the way to Bartonville then back up on Sheridan in Peoria. Then back to Bartonville then on to her destination to the Glasford/ Kingston Mines area. Second picked her up in Bartonville then drove back to Peoria for a couple hrs then back to Bartonville then on her way home 12 minutes away from her pick up spot. Alot of wasted gas and the stress on there riders
