The lifts are cool when they work but if there is a problem then you either A can't park or B can't get to your car. They also seem to have constant issues so this is unavoidable. You also need to always remember to fold your mirrors or they will be damaged by the lift at some point. When the lift does not work there is no way to report it. The phone number that appears on the screen and Google (as of this writing) returns as invalid. So my apartments used this company for us to park our cars. At first it wasn't so bad to get our cars stuck because they'd at least come in a few hours. Now when they cars become stuck it has taken over a week or days. Quite terrible
