An amazing studio with great friendly ,helpful staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at ease .Top quality equipment and facilities make this gym a cut above the rest.If you feel intimidated by big gyms or are just fed up the the impersonal attitude of them then this is the place for you.
This gym is such a great place and a total contrast to the large anonymous chain gyms. Friendly and motivational instructors who have a real drive to give their clientele a unique and bespoke service and go the extra mile to accommodate. There is a great range of classes as well as free use equipment and lovely changing/shower facilities. Highly recommended!
