I've been a member for 15 years, I’m disappointed with how a recent issue was handled at the Upper huttCityFitness club. Another member took my hoodie from the gym. The club identified the person through CCTV and contacted them, and the hoodie was returned weeks later in damaged condition. I raised this with the club and head office over several months, but the response was simply that members are responsible for their own property and the matter is closed.
