I am a regular member of CityFitness and have worked out at multiple branches. However, I have noticed that the Papatoetoe branch consistently has a significant number of machines, approximately 50% either out of order or not functioning smoothly. It appears that maintenance is not being handled properly, which affects the overall gym experience. This is the worst gym in Auckland.
I love to go there because it has so many machines I can use it

Charged more than they are supposed to PT orientation request took 4 phone calls and 3 emails to organise. App is a nightmare to navigate Cancelled 5 weeks ago and still getting charged with Cityfitness sending threatening emails for Debt Collection. Threatening emails will be attached. Avoid this gym. Give Jetts Fitness a try!
