Decent. Love the fact that they aren't overloaded with 15kg plates like all the chch ones.
Friendly staff, a great range of equipment, and the space to use it. My only complaint is my trainer will not include the massage chairs in my workout!
Love this place ☺️ The staff are super friendly and helpful and the place is always kept really clean. There’s an adequate amount of machinery and plenty of space to work out. The only thing that could make this gym better would be a hack squat machine and new ab crunch machine.
