This place is helping me to get in the best shape of my life! A great variety of equipment, including recovery and training tools that are free to use. All the trainers are extremely high quality, non-pushy, and super friendly to chat with. A huge shout out to the front desk ladies as well who help keep this great spot running smooth!
Great spot with great staff and trainers! This is a perfect gym if you’re looking for the training-type facility you would expect to see at a CrossFit gym, but you just want to do your own thing and use that type of equipment. They do also offer personal training memberships if that’s what you’re looking! Overall a great spot and I feel at home training and working out here.
Lots of modern training tools and a very clean facility
I'm under no obligation to write this review which is important to say because I work here as a trainer and strength coach. The trainers here run private business and we share the space that is CityFit. What makes this place different from the rest is that Carl, the owner, doesn't just bring on anyone who can pay rent. He does thorough interviews and skills testing to make sure that anyone who works in his gym is high caliber.
