We had a wonderful experience with Citybound Limo for our daughter’s prom night. Mauro, our chauffeur, was extremely professional, punctual, and kind. He made sure the girls and boys felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The limo was clean, elegant, and perfectly prepared for the occasion. Everything went smoothly and stress-free. We truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend Citybound Limo and Mauro for any special event!
Mauro is amazing! First class service and extremely accommodating! Went above and beyond for our wedding Limo and everything was perfect! Even better than we could've imagined! Limo is so nice and clean inside and out, it was beautiful! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Mauro was awesome! Highly recommend city bound and be lucky if you get him as your driver. Im a horrible passenger and didnt hit the imaginary brake once. Santa shirt underneath the suit was chefs kiss. Not something we have ever done becore. But will do again after this. Pricing was upfront and honest. No hidden fees which did scare me a little beforehand reading reviews of other companies.
The sprinter lioness was amazing but the service was even better from the scheduling to the actual day of service. It was for my friend’s birthday and Mauro went out of his way to decorate the limo with birthday decorations. It was great!

From managing two cars (go team pink and blue!) an ever-changing itinerary and a busy Friday night in Charlotte, they made sure every detail was taken care of. From start to finish they communicated clearly and professionally. I loved the updates as they made it to each stop and when they were on their way safely home (after a quick stop at cook-out!) Having the peace of mind ... read more
