I honestly have to say I really like all the staff members here , ive never had a problem with anyone. I have the best treatment ive ever had through them ..
Canceled my appointment and didnt tell me, wasted gas to go there for nothing. Has canceled multiple appointments after that. Told me they would call after 24-48 hrs.. they did call me after 48hr 3 times in a row within the week to tell me again it would be 24-48 hrs.... why? I changed doctors. would not recommend.
Cityblock health has always gotten me in where I needed to be and fast. I have never had to wait weeks or months for an appointment, no matter if it was a knee issue or a virtual doctor's. They have alway got me where I needed to be in a quick with no crazy referrals or wait times.The staff has always been proffesional, efficient, and kind every single time.
Love this place as my primary care physician (pcp)! All the workers are there for you! Doctors actually listen to you and take you seriously! This place is amazing, I wish I could give 10 stars. Front desk clerk is friendly and remembers me every time I come in for an appointment. (Seems this way for Any patient)
