Nobody knows anything. I came directly to the office in manhattan and nobody seems to know the name of the company cityfive. I asked 10people that came in the elevator and nobody knew nothing or simply ignored me. Emailed have not been returned and the number is disconnected. I was chosen for housing connect lottery and all i wanted was information about the status of my documents that ive submitted given the fact that noone has contacted me back after documents submission.
They never answer the phone or respond to the emails.
Was very helpful answered any questions that I had.his attitude was very nice and respectable.
Worked with Dominic and he was very helpful and diligent. Would definitely recommend his customer service
