I bought 2 goldfish, 2 catfish, 1 loach, 2 snails and 2 gyppies. I called 4 days later and the girl tried to blame it on me. The tank was brand new and nothing wrong with it. When I told her that black goldfish had white spots on it when it was brought home and still tried to blame it on me. I had to tell her 4 times to quarantine the tank. I should have known better than to buy fish there because there were4 other tank under quarantined. I have 1 snail, I loach and 2 gyppies and that's it! I recently bought a ball python from this place. Getting it I was told they never fed her, after taking her home for a few weeks we found out she was sick!! Snake later on died this morning, I’ll never do business there again!
Amazing customer service and such awesome people!
Awful experience, sold me a snake with mites first of all, then had terrible customer service when we went to buy fish, all the employees were rude and not helpful at all(except for the manager). If one snake has mites they all have mites!!!! A guy came in the same day i did to get my treatments and said he was sold 2 snakes with mites as well! most everyone here is very friendly. But my daughter was there on Tuesday and asked the girl working a couple question 1 she was rude and acted as if she was bothered 2. she didn't know the answers and pulled her phone out to Google it and then gave her wrong info. My daughter bought a tortoise here, I clearly should have researched myself how to tell the sex. The girl told me she had her own and she could tell the sex. Well after doing research and stopping at petsmart, turns out she could not sex the tortoise. My daughter wanted to get "another" female but can't now because they sold her a male after telling us it was female. Not impressed.
yes I've done plenty of business here friendly knowledgeable staff and they take pride in there animals.
love going here, all staff is amazingly helpful! animals are very well cared for as well!
