We had an appointment for between 10 and 12 - no one came or phoned . We phoned again and got an appointment for 3 days later. We had a leaking tub tap that needed a cartridge and the charge was $460
Our 15 year old hot water tank was leaking and needed to be replaced. A hot water tank was ordered… the next day, Richard and Matt installed a new hot water tank, removed the old one, and cleaned up within 30 minutes. They were efficient and friendly. I had my humidifier and sump pump replaced with them four years ago and our furnace was replaced with them last November. I will continue using them and would recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks again!
My close friend June, had an amazing experience with this company (Brian and partner) recently. Upon realizing an emergency with her hot water tank after dinner, she was able to access help. The hot water tank had exploded and it was changed and cleaned up expeditiously. Much gratitude to this company and workers.
