The service was very good we were given good advice and options to choose from. Happy with the service!
Water heater leaked the night prior. Had Ferdy inspect and install a new water heater all within a day(+ electrical). I was able to ask questions and ask for recommendations based on water usage when upgrading, which helped in the decision making. I think the price is probably fair given the immediate service and availability of heater units.
Our hot water tank sprung a leak this morning. I called City Wide Water Heater and was told someone would be here in about a hour. Jordan showed up early and was very pleasant and professional. Jordan did a nice neat professional job on the hot water tank installation. We had a nice conversation on the new tanks regarding manufacturers and warranties etc. Overall a very good experience. Would highly recommend City Wide Water Heater.
The technician Ferdy was awesome. This guy was extremely knowledgable, he explained everything to me, took his time. I was his last call of the day that ended at 9pm. He showed me what was wrong and what was right with the old tank. Explained how to drain the tank appropriately. I hope he enjoys his day off tomorrow. As for City Wide, this all happened on a Sunday evening, no hidden or extra charges. I called and had a new tank same day within hours. Great job guys!
