City Wide Water Heater Services replaced our hot water tank on August 4, 2025. Being a long weekend, we were extremely pleased with the service provided. The telephone staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. The technician, Mike, was here within two hours of our initial call. He was professional and explained in detail what the tank replacement entailed. He took the time to answer all our questions, and left the work area clean.
