Kade did a really great job and took the time to confirm the process and type/size of tank as well as answering all of our questions. City Wide was recommended to us and we will definitely pass on our recommendation as well!
Wonderful experience, the after hours ladies on the phone took the time to explain all my options clearly and made sure I understood the process and the tech they sent out; Jordan, was fantastic, he had everything fixed up and working in no time at all, he explained everything he was doing super well and made sure I understood the pros and cons of my different options. I will absolutely use this service again should I find my hot water tank in need of service or replacement!
