I called City Wide in the morning, by the late afternoon, I had a new water heater installed and this was in the midst of a snow storm. Shelly was very helpful in an arranging an appointment for me. Wes, the technician who came out, conducted himself in a professional and personable manner and it was evident he enjoys his job and the company he works for. I’m very pleased with the service I received. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Absolutely amazing service, Wes came out first and let me know I needed a new tank and let me know about the cost. Mike came and installed. The guys were both friendly and professional.
