Of course our HWT would quit on a longweekend. Great experience right from my call for service. Mike (Technician) was very professional and took the time to explain changes in code requirements (last HWT replacement was 2013) and the work required to properly install the new gas HWT. Installation and removal was seamless and Mike took all the necessary precautions to ensure there was no damage to our hardwood floors.
Requested a service call for not enough hot water. Tech showed up on-time and went to work. HWT tested out OK so Jordan did some detective work and and found the problem to be a case of man-of-the-house DIY gone awry. He reversed the back-flow situation and got everything running properly again. No more cold showers! Thanks so much for the prompt remedy and good-natured professional advice.
Today they came to replace my tank. Service tech says it is only a service call even though I wanted tank replacement and told them this on the phone. I have had no water since Thursday and today is Sunday. Not 24 hour service. The tech just keft . He can’t carry the tank himself he said. He is afraid to work on the tank as hydro will be checking his work. All tests passed ok but not enough time wss allowed to replace my tank so now I have no water still. Don’t ever call this company. Woke up September 20 to a big puddle in laundry room due to a leaking water tank. Spoke to Shelley or Chris and she was excellent! Appointment booked for the following day with Jordan. Jordan is fantastic! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. He went above and beyond. Great company! Highly recommend. 6 stars!
