This is the quality of the installation you get when you use City Wide Water Heater Service (Not Experts). I had a leak develop at the joint where City Wide created to install my hot water tank. It appears to be a very slow leak and that is why I didn't notice it until recently. When I called to get this fixed, I was told it was outside the 1 year installation warranty and I would have to pay for a service call.
