They are ok. But will stop alot for food,drinks & restroom breaks for themselves. Will not stop for you. They have failed to provide trips as well as when they did provide trips they will leave the premises where your left without informing you causing you to call and await for them to return much longer than wait could be. Not suppose to leave stretchers but they have no choice when clinics don't provide beds. Becareful and prepared with supplies. They do drive a bit to slow on freeway or either to fast 30-85 mp.
