This transport service was taking my aunt back and forth to dialysis and to the hospital for treatment . Well during that time she was receiving her medical care , he was returning to her house and was taking money and items from her. We had caught him on camera today stealing from her and he was arrested today. Do not use and if you did and you had items or money missing it was for sure him!
There dispatch person was very rude to me on the phone. Would not pick my father up for a medical procedure. Call the night before the appointment requesting a credit card & was going to bill over $1,000 for a round trip of 6 miles each way. Cancelled my father's appointment the night before. I will never use them again.
