I recently had the pleasure of using the services of City Wide Medical Transportation Company, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I got out early for my doctors appointment. I called the company to let them know I was ready and they made me wait over an hour to be picked up to go home. I know they have a schedule to keep but seriously to wait a whole hour? At least have a driver on standby for this type of situation. And not to mention when I got to my destination they dropped me off at the wrong entrance by the street and not at the parking lot entrance. This will be my first and last time I use this company.
