I highly recommend this medical transportation service. The staff was compassionate, professional and dependable through the entire process. They treated my mother with respect, patience, and kindness. The driver arrived in time, help her safely in and out of vehicle, and made sure she was comfortable during every trip. I am truly grateful for the care and support they provided to my mother.l!
They parked in handicap at the store with no person in transport. They’re at Starbucks and doing personal shopping. They have the plate with the handicap placard but that is to be used ONLY while transporting personnel, not to park for personal errands. They should be fined
TheCityWide,Inc.Transportation drivers/employees are completely lack of experience, very unprofessional in transport bed-bound patients from hospitals, nursing homes, convalescents, etc. When there drivers know they have committed a negligence tour a patient and/or they have hurt a patient, they pretend they don't speak and/or understand English it all, and start acting stupid. Almost always late. Unprofessional. Supervisor doesn’t know how to talk to people. Dispatch is equally worthless. Learn how to talk to customers.
I recently had the pleasure of using the services of City Wide Medical Transportation Company, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, their service was exceptional in every way. First and foremost, their punctuality is outstanding.
