Bought a 18’ car haul in mid March 2025 from Dan. Like everyone else on the reviews, it is taking forever to get title and registration. David as an excuse for everything. “Change of system, death, their screwup, their behind & etc…”. It has been over 6 months.. I went by today to ask for proof of registration and says he has no access to the system. Bought trailer 2 months ago still waiting on tags. I just read reviews and like before more excuses.this business runs on who knows? He don't know how take care of a business.
Update: received my tags. Regardless of the issues or reasons Dan took accountability and made sure I got my tags. He did what he could to make it right to me. READ THE REVIEWS Been over 7 months, gone thru multiple temp tags, and I still haven’t received my plates for my trailer. Every time I call, Dan says he’ll call me back in 30. He has the audacity to get upset with me for asking for some kind of proof that my tags are being processed. Every time it’s a different excuse. Will update if/when I get my plates.
