I did not receive my state refund for the tax year of 2020. Although I addressed the issue, my tax preparer told me she had no info and she was going to contact the "ALLEGED" owner about the issue. I have not yet heard from anyone and this was almost a year ago. Im still disappointed in her because I wholeheartedly believe she knew what happened to my refund. Im still going to pursue legal actions considering it's a new tax year. Don't go to this company.
