That place is the worst I have ever been. First they screw up my appointment. My doctor sent them the referral before me making the appointment with clear indication that I need CS with contrast. when I made an appointment over the phone I said that I do need CS with contrast. When I came to the office, first I was asked to sit and wait. When I asked if I needed to fill out some papers as I am here for the first time, I was asked to take a seat and wait. have had over 5 imaging tests here (CTs, MRIs, and ultrasounds), and this is the best imaging center in NYC. There is no wait to schedule. I have called at least 5 times to schedule, and another 5 times to reschedule. They pick up immediately. After I called to get info about a test, one of the receptionists Georgine even followed up with me within the week to make sure I was scheduled and that I was feeling okay. I needed an MRI and I am very claustrophobic. I scheduled an appointment here. check-in was fast. But the biggest compliment goes to the technologist, Bella. She is very kind and compassionate and she put me at ease, he took plenty of time to help me relax and did my MRI. Even when she put the IV for contrast, she was so gentle. She made my MRI a totally different experience. Highly recommend City Wide Radiology.

I had an MRI and X-RAY on the same day. After I filled out all forms, the technologist invite me to the X-ray room, which took me 5 min, after she completed the test, she showed me a Mri room where I was sitting near the Mri technologist for about 10 minutes until the patient went out of the room. The Mri technologist asked me about all the medical details related to my Mri test. The machine was very open and was not scary. I left the office calm and confident. Thank you for your professionalism!!
