The plumber refused to do the warranty work from First American Home Buyers because I had removed two of three bolts. Fine. But, then he said he would do it if I gave him $200 instead of the $95 service fee. Just say NO!

A horrible experience! We were referred to this plumber from American Home Warranty, and set an appointment for a kitchen sink that was leaking. On the scheduled day, no one came and no one called. I took 4 hours of vacation from work to wait for the plumber who never came. The first I heard from the company was 3 days AFTER the original appointment day and time. To top it off, someone from the company called and asked ME if the serviceman had ever come out. She identified herself as the office manager... and didn't know??? ... read more

Terrible company! They missed one appointment, then called the next day to say they went out of business because their accounting books were mess, but now they are back up and running. I gave them a second chance, and one of the owners came out on a Saturday to look at a drip in my tub faucet. He made a huge mess in the bathroom and bedroom on the other side of the wall to get to the valve access.
