Kathy has worked extremely hard to take care of our account and make sure that all of our needs are met. We don't expect perfection, but we have come to know that we can count on Kathy to take care of our cleaning needs from windows, to cobwebs, to floors to power washing and beyond. We have worked with several other companies in the past and prefer Citywide because of Kathy.

This company practices unfair practices about raises. Favoritism is one of them. Also, a few months ago employees were asked to leave positive reviews about the company and managers. Now it utilizes a payroll system that sometimes skips a day, when asked questions, evasive responses are given. Example, March 18. Thursday. The clock skipped that day. The new pay period started paying out on the 19th. Employees who ask too many questions are let go. Employees also are not allowed to vent their frustrations.
