A family business with a friendly atmosphere and amazing people. we've bought two mattresses here and i dont plan on going anywhere else. the owner Ross is a great man (and a great boss according to the delivery guys). definitely stop here first if you are bed shopping
BOY oh BOY!, This is the greatest mattress store iv ever been too, the owner Ross is one kind and understanding fella, highly recommend if ur in the market for a new mattress dont waste ur time elsewhere just go here you wont regret it.
We purchased a mattress for our mom at Citywide in June. Russ was great to work with, my mom was in temporary care recovering from an injured and we needed a new mattress with adjustable base for when she got home. Of course, as luck would have it, she hated the mattress we chose for her. Russ was great with the process of selecting a new mattress under the comfort trial. While walking around Shorewood introducing our cleaning services, we stopped by City Wide Mattress and had a wonderful experience. The owner (who we believe was the owner) was incredibly kind and welcoming, even offering us a cold bottle of Coke while we talked.
