While walking around Shorewood introducing our cleaning services, we stopped by City Wide Mattress and had a wonderful experience. The owner (who we believe was the owner) was incredibly kind and welcoming, even offering us a cold bottle of Coke while we talked. We have been going to City Wide for our mattresses for over 20 years. Ross was great to work with and made sure that we were happy with our purchase. He gives to our local communities and is very generous. Hope everyone stops in to support our local small businesses - especially City Wide!
This place is terrible, lacks professionalism and completely unorganized. I will never purchase a mattress from this business ever again.
