I am happy with the service, but I am in the dark as to whether the worker here is hourly or salaried. If hourly, how are his hours determined? I have no trouble with his work, but when he asks for a day off for a family matter, or a change of hours,, how is that handled by City Wide? I don't know how this affects our payment through our property manager to City Wide. Until we asked, I was unclear about "normal" holidays for workers. It would help me to understand better how these things are handles.
During a snow weather episode our floor had so much white salt residue at the end of the day but the next morning the floors looked great. The cleaning team did a very good job with getting all that off the floors.
They are nice and friendly and eager to help. The billing and invoice lags a bit.
