City Wide has always done a great job and is very responsive to any needs or changes. They will even point out possible improvements to the properties which is very helpful. Our Hendersonville location has improved greatly since they have taken over our cleaning and property management.
Dakota does a great job! He frequently follows up in the office to ensure that the cleaning has been completed appropriately. I would either promote him within your system or someone may him an offer. LOL. He does do a great job!
