Just completely dropped the ball on our HOA contract. So disappointing!
Had our whole back yard done with sod late last fall. It is filled with weeds. Talked us into playground mulch for play area. Said it is a tumbled mulch so would not be sharp. Huge sharp sliver pieces. Gouged my foot, hurts kids hands, sticks to everything, went right through my daughter's flip flops almost into her foot. When I first contacted Citywide Landscaping (March 2013) They were very professional-gave me an estimate, set a time/date for the work, showed up on time, completed the work on budget and cleaned up. Unfortunately, when I called to make an appointment for fertilizing the sod that they had installed, they didn't want to be bothered. After many calls and emails with no response, I did get in touch with someone who basically told me to do it myself.
