We had a very disappointing experience with City Wide Home Inspectors and Michael Fournier. The inspection report for our home downplayed serious exterior issues that turned out to require major masonry and structural repairs costing tens of thousands of dollars. While the report briefly mentioned “brick spalling” and “review by a mason,” the severity and potential cost were never clearly communicated to us during the inspection or in the summary. We used Mike to inspect a home we were looking to buy which was on both septic and well systems. Mike was very easy to reach, easy to book with, showed up on time and spent a considerable amount of time educating us on the home we were purchasing, how to maintain the systems in the home among other things. We are very happy with how thorough he was with his inspection. Would highly recommend.
