City Wide has been a really great new vendor that we have had the pleasure to work with recently. They provide such a wide variety of services and it’s great to have so many options of help around my apartment community. Andy has been a wonderful representative. Very responsive and on top of all the projects we have ongoing. I really recommend them for their variety of services and amazing willingness to help.
Our account manager David is great. He always checks in on us and helps if something isn't quite right. Our cleaner John is the MVP we absolutely adore him. Everyone in the office looks forward to seeing him at the end of the day on his cleaning day.
Had a very rude experience at the Union Station with one of there team members. I called to address the issue with her boss and he was very nonchalant about the issue. It affected not only me but my kids as well. I was racially profiled by one of there crew members. I have not heard back from the boss to get this issue resolved. I am pretty sure that Union station would not be happy with knowing that they customers are being treated poorly.
