We have had a great experience working with City Wide. Our weekly janitor, John, has become like family to us over the years, and we are incredibly grateful for the care, consistency, and pride he takes in his work. The coffee service has also been a huge hit in our office. Our staff and agents absolutely love the coffee machine we rent through City Wide, and it has become a daily favorite. City Wide has been a really great new vendor that we have had the pleasure to work with recently. They provide such a wide variety of services and it’s great to have so many options of help around my apartment community. Andy has been a wonderful representative. Had a very rude experience at the Union Station with one of there team members. I called to address the issue with her boss and he was very nonchalant about the issue. It affected not only me but my kids as well. I was racially profiled by one of there crew members. I have not heard back from the boss to get this issue resolved. I am pretty sure that Union station would not be happy with knowing that they customers are being treated poorly.
