With the extreme weather in the past few years, we had had a couple instances of basement flooding. James and his crew were prompt to respond to our inquiry, then provide a quote and set up the work. He kept us updated on the process along the way, and we then had him look at a window well drainage issue, as the original installer didn't tie the drain into the weeping tile. James was also able to rectify this issue for us. We would use him/his team again for any future needs applicable!
Our company was Hired to do a small project for CityWide by one of their representatives. When we went to the job site, the homeowner had NO idea we were coming nor whom the representative was that we named. He jsut said 'the restoration company' We did the work adn immediatel,y emailed our invoice to CityWide. We have been attempting to get paid for weeks for our service. If your service is as horrible as your drivers are then I don't want any part of it. Maybe get a hold of the way that your drivers drive there's no way somebody should be tailgating me going 136 on the freeway that's disgusting. What type of people are you employing
Tony and his crew have completed the last section of waterproofing my basement. They've done a great job on time and for a fair price. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I did I wouldn't hesitate calling them.
