They did a fantastic job. We spoke to Patrick Misko about our concerns in our cold cellar - moldy smell, water coming in. He was great -very knowledgeable in explaining everything in detail-the inspection, process,, and implementation. They kept me informed with each step and answered any questions l had. They kept the work area clean and safe. I would recommend them .
Senior taken advantage of. Unprofessional and immature attitude of sales rep, Patrick. Most of the job was done well, and in a timely manner. The workers were very polite and professional. However the photos show how the job was left. I called to inquire, the person said that Patrick would come to see. Patrick said that covering the sump pump with an access panel was not included. With the extreme weather in the past few years, we had had a couple instances of basement flooding. James and his crew were prompt to respond to our inquiry, then provide a quote and set up the work. He kept us updated on the process along the way, and we then had him look at a window well drainage issue, as the original installer didn't tie the drain into the weeping tile. James was also able to rectify this issue for us. We would use him/his team again for any future needs applicable!
