A few years ago, City Wide has waterproofed our home. Four years later, we called the company to investigate a leak. Not only did they immediately show up, they even dug out the area and re-proofed it. It turned out that the leak was coming from the roof and the wall: City Wide's original work was flawless, and their responsiveness, approach and advice were second to none. Most highly recommended!!!
Tony is a lovely gentleman who came to my house and thoroughly described the leakproof issues and solutions. I had a terrific experience with City Wide Group when they waterproofed our basement and would definitely recommend them. Everything went smoothly from the initial site inspection to the final stages of the work. We are really pleased with the results and would suggest City Wide without reservation. In addition, they offered a documented lifetime transferable warranty.
Excellent work
We had a water leak in the basement during the heavy rains of July 2024. We contacted City Wide Group and Jamie (James McKeown) called us back. Jamie has in-depth knowledge of waterproofing. He walked in the basement and around the house, spent time and figured out the situation. Jamie also came up with a waterproofing method.
