They take really good care of our building.
Disappointing service and no follow-through. I reached out to City Wide Facility Service Oklahoma City and was told someone would call me back — that call never happened. I followed up multiple times with no response. Reliability and communication matter, and in my experience this company failed on both. I can’t recommend them based on how they handled this.
Justin Dalton is the best. I am so appreciative of his quick responses to me when I reach out to him. I know whatever my concerns are, he will take care of them without hesitation.
