Wow! Not sure why there's bad reviews but I've been going here for years. good Quality service they don't do repairs they just sell Parts but are knowledgeable if you need information
Great spot for warranty work on small appliances or appliance parts
BEWARE. On March 15 2021, we paid a $75 deposit and left our DeLonghi machine for repairs. We were told we would be contacted within a week, maximum 2 weeks with diagnosis. As of today (May 3rd), we have not been contacted. We have called 3 times (he never answers the phone, always goes to voicemail) and left a message every time. He has never returned our machine either.
