Sam came to my 91 yr old mothers house and charged her $700 to fix her furnace he said he put a new gas valve in ripped her off I had to call Efficiency first to look at it they said it is the original gas valve that he charged her $700 for.his day will come rip off artist what goes around comes around he did not even leave her house to go purchase a new gas valve I was told it's so old almost impossible to find a new one...thanks to Efficiency first very honest and very reasonable taking care of it for us ...Thanks Sam for ... read more
Poor business practices and unprofessional business conduct.
I have trouble even giving this company a one star on the rating. I called City Wide Appliance in March to repair a washer and dryer based on a BBB logo on correspondence I had seen. Repair was done on March 27th, costing over $620. Two days after the "repair" the washer quit working and I called to report it to Mr. Mulholland. I have yet to see him, two months later. He does not answer or return calls or texts. The voicemail is full and only an SMS message can be delivered through his phone service. I have called every sing... read more
**BEWARE** DO NOT USE this company. They will scam you out of your money. I have used them in the past with good results but something has changed. Sam and Bob have taken my deposit money for my repair and have never shown up to fix the washer. All I ever get when I call is his voicemail. He will tell you a time and day for the repair and then never show up. If you have used him in the past, please do not use now. DO NOT trust them. DO NOT give them a deposit!
