I had no hot water and had a leaky hot water heater so I reached out to City Wide and they showed up within an hour of my call. Dave assessed the problem and determined I needed to replace it. They showed up at 9:00 a.m. the following day and installed a new one. They were super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I didn’t even bother getting a second opinion, I knew I had the right people for the job and I couldn’t recommend them more!

My water heater from 2013 broke down. The technician from citywide came out and said that the control panel could be replaced but it would cost $800. I then decided to get a new water heater. The price was extremely shocking. My previous hot water tank cost me under $900. This one cost me over $2,100. I did some research ,and that's the way it goes -prices go up. They came out and performed a diagnostic to my system while other companies came and tried to up sell me a new system, they performed a repair and my system has been working with no issues.
David and Sean were extremely helpful and professional! We woke up to a leak and they came urgently, the same day, within a few hours to help us. They were able to locate the problem, fix it and get us up and running within a few hours! This is a very big relief as a new homeowner! Thank you for your help and kindness!
