Avoid at all costs! I had a furnace installed bu City Wide, and 1 year 2 weeks after it was installed, the worst storm of the year hit. I started to smell something funny when the heater would kick on. When I ran upstairs there was water FLOWING down the furnace exhaust pipe they had installed replacing the old asbestos pipe. When I contacted them, the lady on the other end proceeded to LECTURE me about how a 1 year warranty means 1 year, not one year and 2 weeks.
