As a former patient who has a history of Chronic disease I cannot recommend City West Specialist Day Hospital enough. The level of care and attention to detail and the quality and cleanliness of the hospital is outstanding. The moment you enter reception you are greeted and made to feel welcome .Once I was transferred to the pre-operative waiting area I was greeted again by multiple nurses and was asked important questions by the nurses I was made to feel comfortable.The anesthetist also made me feel at ease.
